Heart Evangelista is now married to Chiz Escudero. Their wedding was attended by close friends, family members and prominent personalities as the couple's sponsors. The bride looked so elegant in her wedding dress while the senator was so dashing in his white tuxedo. Heart was overwhelmed with love and joy but for sure with sadness as well since her parents weren't there to share that very special day in her life.
