The famous cycling champion, Lance Armstrong, faced charges for serial doping offenses. His seven Tour de France titles has been stripped off. It is a dishonoring journey for the man who battled with cancer and survived and made a mark in cycling. Armstrong was a legend. Now, he had to pay over 10 million dollars in settlement to Bob Hamman and his SCA Promotions company. He is facing another case instigated by the US Justice Department which may cost him so much more.
