It is the second time for Boots Anson-Roa to be given a chance to be blessed by the Pope. The first time was Pope John Paul II, with her then was her deceased husband Pete. And now with her new husband Atty. Francisco Rodrigo Jr., another blessing for Boots and her family to be chosen to meet with Pope Francis.
