The Desperate Housewives star recently bought Tom Cruise compound in Hollywood Hills. It's a European-style villa with an Italian farmhouse kitchen. The sale was $ 2 million less than what Tom was hoping for when he first listed the property in March for $ 13 million. Tom has already sold quite a few of his estate since 2013.
Eva is currently directing and starring Telenovela, a comedy series of NBC Entertainment.
